Had mine for a couple of weeks now & love it! I like the thought that had gone into the sustainable packaging, but there was still a bit of plastic (I know original deliveries were arriving damaged, so I see it is a balancing act, but there are probably other avenues to be explored for the future). Both batteries arrived dead & seem to have been damaged because of it. The digital read out fluctuates & they discharge quickly without use - this should be a big focus for further improvement. I really like the sturdy design and manoeuvrability - a bit heavier than I imagined, but that’s on me. Some of the fixings for the handle & end covers are a bit fiddly & could be improved, but they work. Yes - table top comes separately & is also a bit fiddly. All in all, a great design, construction & a template campaign that kept us informed every step of the way. Opportunities for improvement, but that should not detract from an outstanding product! Many thanks.
I wanted to give you an update on my LITEFAR Orion electric cart. We have made use of this in many settings and it has been very useful and reliable for various reasons. We sometimes go into town with our daughter to get shopping and bring it back home in the cart.
More recently we used the card at a 5 day festival which is held in Market Harbour, Northampton in a field. Many other parents also take carts for transporting their children at the festival and this cart worked really well. It helped me when we needed to get from one place to another without having to physically exert myself and made our whole experience very enjoyable. Lots of other people we met at the festival were very impressed with the cart and its capabilities which is a testament to your development, design and build which has resulted in a high quality product. Thank you very much for all your hard work.
In all I am very happy with my purchase. The cart is very well made and the batteries last a long time. The accessories and attachments are well thought out. The remote is easy to use and the way it folds up for storage is an ingenious design. I have added a few pictures of the cart in use at the festival as well as when we have been out and about. I have my Orion and I'm currently using it on my courier route. Other than my lack of driving skills, it does everything that I need it to do.
