I received my wagons and immediately began putting them through their paces. After charging the batteries I loaded them up into my work truck and headed to my job site; A film set where I am a rigging electrician. I used the carts to wrap up a few thousand pounds of heavy duty cable and film lighting from a scene shot the night before in a large field. I was able to load up the little LITEFAR wagon with a bout 100ft of heavy cable on one side of the field, and drive it about 1000ft across the bumpy grassy terrain to our truck without a whole lot of effort on my part. I was even able to tow a 200lb battery array out of the location with a little bit of pushing by myself an another crew member which would have otherwise taken a forklift to move.

So far I’m impressed with how capable this cart is, after pushing this little cart pretty hard it held up pretty well. I do have a few suggestions that could really make this cart something that I could put on every job.

1- locking the frame in place, I noticed that after a long run using the motors, the rear part of the folding frame started to fold in on itself, causing the motors to act inconsistently when tracking straight, the frame should really lock in place to prevent this.

2. The zipper in the rear didn’t stay up….ever, may need an additional piece of Velcro just to prevent gravity from acting on the zippers,

3. More user friendly controller. The joystick is kind of hard to operate and lags a little bit with inputs. A simple directional keypad may actually work better, especially since I accidentally bumped the joystick several times and sent the cart unexpectedly hurling towards a crew member.

4. While the built in lantern is great, it should not be able to turn on while retracted, I accidentally turned it on many times and didn’t realize and drained the battery, maybe putting the button on the bottom or on the side so it’s less prone to accidentally turning on.

I’m using it kind of in the extreme use case, but I think if these things were addressed it could really be a truly rugged professional product

Im super excited to get my wagon and have more accessories coming still waiting for the sunshade Litefar im going to be posting videos after I get the upgrades kits quick question the side rods that have drink holder attach are they strong and recommended or will it break it also the blue cushion and portable powered seat fans are definitely a need for summertime my daughter can't wait to take it out i just want to say thank you so much.You guys blew this out of my expectation can't wait to make some videos soon.. Hopefully before it starts to snow..

Also, since I notice you guys are really listening to the backers in making an awesome product, I would like to share my opinion on the wagon. I'm really happy with the wagon!!

-It is a really sturdy wagon. You can see it is not made of cheap materials. Tires are hard.
-The amount of weight this thing can carry is amazing! I use it for my camera equipment mostly. But me and my girlfriend used it for everything. Buying groceries, carrying the kids around when we go for a walk.

Things for software upgrade + (if possible)
-So the steering is simple but yet can be improved. Right now i kind of have the feeling that the joystick on the remote only has forward, 45 degrees Forward Left or Right, then you have full Left and right and 45 degrees Back Left and Right and backwards. See picture.

Maybe I'm wrong, but is it not possible to make it more sensitive to 360 degrees?
-Throttle response is good. I like the way that it takes to go full speed. But the same with the joystick. It is Or full power forward or zero power. There is NO less forward push means less speed.
-Reverse I know is not meant to be used all the time in reverse. But I notice that if there is an amount of weight in the wagon, it will not go backward. Is this a problem with my wagon or is it designed not to push backward?
-Is there any way of setting like LVL of speeds, in manual mode?

Hard upgrades for future wagons
- I think you guys should think about 4x4. I know this changes the algorithm of the wagons CPU, and it might use more power indeed. But with the amount of power right now already on that single battery, I think it is more than enough. In your video the wagon can go almost 12KM. (See that most people will not buy the wagon to go that far) there is enough juice to make it 4x4. With the use of the right algorithm I think this will help the wagon with the ability to steer better. If power is still the concern, then make it a double battery. There are still 2 collom of the wagon not in use, so space for more battery. And I know the price goes up, but I think it is worth it.
- If you can make it a little more light it would be awesome. (is not a must)
- Battery lock mechanism, right now i love the power of the battery so sometimes, i even put my phone charge during the roving. Twice I mistakenly raise my phone too high for the cable, and it pulls the battery easily out of the colon. I had to give it 2 seconds again for the power up. It is not a big deal, but I don't know maybe it damages the wagon within time?

Overall this is a really strong and good build wagon. I can't wait for the repair kit to arrive so I can make the upgrade. I hope to inform you guys enough.

Hi, after finally.getting away camping i actually took both my grey and black wagon away.

I seem to have a lag issue on the controls thats worse on one but definitely on both wagons. I found using cruise control was best as manual guidance had alot more delay in the controls. I have a mate interested in buying the grey one from me so I have ordered a H1 personally.

Just some feedback. Oh and thank you for the replacement battery. I had to force charge 2 batteries that had sat too long but all came good so 2 per wagon all working now.
