Processing Time

Taxes & Duties

We cover customs duties for free shipping countries (United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia).

Tracking Your Package

Tracking information will typically be updated within 3–5 business days after shipment.
International shipments may experience delays in tracking updates, especially while in transit between countries. Tracking information will usually resume once the package arrives at the destination country.

Lost or Unusual Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
