Return Policy

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving a product that has critical failures, manufacturing defects, or operational issues.

The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving a product damaged during transit, with official proof of damage from the carrier.

The product is unopened, unactivated, and in brand-new condition, and the return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Important Packaging & Shipping Notes

As our products are large and transportation costs are significant, returns due to reasons not related to product quality (e.g., change of mind, order rejection, or refused delivery) will result in the customer bearing the full cost of round-trip shipping, insurance, and related logistics fees.

All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or lost, and we are not liable for unregistered returns.

You must return the product to the address provided by our customer service.

Use the original box and protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and providing us with a tracking number. LITEFAR is not responsible for lost return shipments via external carriers.

Conditions That Disqualify a Return

LITEFAR will not accept returns under the following circumstances:

Return request submitted more than 7 days after delivery.

Missing accessories, cables, manuals, or the product is not in new/like-new condition (e.g., scratches, dents, cracks).

Product malfunction due to user error, such as physical damage, incorrect power supply, water ingress, etc.

No defect is found after evaluation and testing.

Missing or falsified purchase receipts or documentation.

No valid proof of transit damage can be provided (if applicable).

Return Shipping Cost

Return Shipping Cost Non-Defective / Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns not related to product defects, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Installation inconvenience
  • Personal preference
  • No longer needed

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the return is due to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product malfunction upon arrival
  • Shipping damage confirmed by our support team

Please contact us at support@litefar.com with photos or videos for verification before returning the product. Once confirmed:

  • We will provide further instructions.
  • Return shipping arrangements or compensation will be handled case by case.

Special Circumstances

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We'll arrange a return or exchange at no cost to you.

Issues After 7 Days: If a product develops an issue after the 7-day return period but within the warranty period, you may request service under our warranty policy. Contact support@litefar.com for assistance.

Improper Use or Unauthorized Modifications: Items damaged by misuse or unauthorized disassembly are not eligible for return. However, repair support may still be available—please reach out.

Bundles & Promotional Sets: Products purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned as a whole. Partial returns are not accepted.

Spare Parts & Consumables: Due to shipping and usage conditions, these items are non-returnable.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it at support@litefar.com.

After 2 hours, in-stock items may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

For pre-orders, cancellation is possible before shipping, the following transaction fees will apply:

2.6% for credit card payments

3.6% for PayPal payments

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and a return process must be followed.

Return & Refund Timeline

To begin your return, submit your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return to support@litefar.com.

Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions. Do not ship without authorization.

Once your return is received and confirmed, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. If you don't receive a refund confirmation by then, please contact us.

Important Notes

Do not file a chargeback—this may delay the refund process by up to 90 days.

Do not reject the shipment or avoid customs clearance—this could lead to loss or destruction of the package. Any resulting fees will be deducted from your refund.
