Introduction: Moving outdoor gear across sand and uneven terrain has always been a challenge for traditional wagons. LITEFAR B1 introduces a new approach to electric outdoor mobility with an integrated frame design, powered wheel system, wide balloon tires, and modular components. Designed for beaches, camping, fishing, and outdoor activities, B1 helps users transport more gear with less effort across a variety of terrains.
Getting from the parking lot to the shoreline shouldn’t be the hardest part of a beach day.
That was one of the main ideas behind LITEFAR B1 — Beach Edition: creating a foldable electric wagon that makes it easier to move chairs, coolers, towels, photography gear, camping equipment, and everything else that tends to come along for the ride.
B1 is designed to handle the full route to the beach — from pavement and wooden boardwalks to grass, gravel, and loose soft sand — while keeping the product simple, integrated, and easy to use.
Rather than adding an electric drive system onto a conventional wagon, we designed the frame, wheels, power system, controls, and storage around one complete platform.
Designed as One Integrated System
At the center of B1 is a lightweight aluminum-alloy structure built around a series of vertical columns.
These columns do more than support the cargo compartment. They also integrate key parts of the folding mechanism, electrical system, lighting, battery, and control architecture.
Motor and control wiring is routed internally wherever possible, reducing exposed cables and separate external components. The result is a cleaner structure that is better suited to outdoor environments and easier to maintain.
The same frame architecture also allows B1 to fold down for storage and transport without compromising the large cargo space needed for a full beach setup.
Built to Keep Moving Through Soft Sand
Soft, dry sand is one of the most difficult surfaces for a conventional wagon.
Narrow wheels tend to sink, while heavy loads dramatically increase rolling resistance. This is why simply adding more motor power is not enough — the wheels, drivetrain, steering, and weight distribution all need to work together.
B1 combines wide, low-pressure balloon tires with a dual-motor drive system, helping distribute the load over a larger surface area while providing powered assistance when the terrain becomes difficult.
The motors are integrated directly into the wheel assemblies, eliminating exposed chains, belts, and external transmission components.
This keeps the drivetrain compact while giving B1 the torque needed for real-world beach use.
For other terrain, the wheel system can also be configured for grass, gravel, trails, and harder outdoor surfaces.
Control That Feels Natural
We wanted B1 to feel like a wagon first — not a machine that requires a complicated learning curve.
The handle provides direct control of the wagon during normal use, while electronic assistance reduces the amount of physical effort needed when moving heavier loads or crossing difficult terrain.
Users can also adjust the wagon through additional control options, including app-based settings and the optional LumiMote remote control.
Electronic braking helps keep the wagon under control when assistance is released, while different speed settings allow B1 to adapt to different users, loads, and environments.
The goal is simple: less effort without taking away the familiar experience of pushing or pulling a wagon.
More Than a Wagon Battery
B1 uses our removable A24 24,000 mAh battery, designed not only to power the wagon but also to function as a portable power source outdoors.
With high-power USB charging support, A24 can be used to charge phones, cameras, tablets, and other devices during a long day outside.
Because the battery is removable, it can also be swapped when longer runtime is needed.
A telescopic light is integrated into the B1 structure as well, providing additional illumination for early mornings, evenings, camping setups, and outdoor events.
Together, these features turn the wagon into more than a way to move gear — it becomes part of the outdoor setup itself.
Modular by Design
Outdoor products take a lot of abuse, so serviceability was an important part of B1 from the beginning.
Key components — including the battery, wheels, control accessories, and other modules — are designed to be installed, replaced, or serviced independently.
This modular approach makes long-term maintenance easier and avoids requiring an entire product to be replaced when a single component needs attention.
It also gives us more flexibility to continue improving the B1 platform over time.
